The first time twenty one pilots performed in New York City, there were 300 people there. Last week, over the course of two nights, they drew in over 30,000. As their latest album blurryface continues to hold a place in the charts, twenty one pilots have been making their way to arenas across the country. They capped off their summer tour with two sold out nights at Madison Square Garden. As the band came back for their encore, audience members held up signs that read “F.P.E.” – few, proud, emotional. It seems as though only two of those words ring true for twenty one pilots fans, now. Check out some photos from night one at MSG – featuring openers MUTEMATH and Chef’special.
