Over the past few years Hayley Kiyoko has transformed herself from a TV Star to a popstar – and has become a gay icon along the way. Hayley’s debut album, Expectations, resonated with listeners across the globe – largely because it is one of the first major label releases where an artist is clearly singing about the same sex. She brought her Expectations club tour to New York’s Irving Plaza for two sold out nights where she danced and sang her heart out for an audience of people being unapologetically themselves. There were dozens of rainbow flags in the audience, and no one stopped smiling all night. Check out some photos from Monday night’s show!
